Wed: angie

I stepped it up a little last night and this morning! Doing a little more intensity. Gah...I'm tired and started full out on my cycle today. Makes me NOT want to exercise. Ugh!

45 mins of EXERCISE
15 mins on treadmill (morning)
30 mins on treadmill (evening)

FOOD
kashi cereal w/soymilk
small apple/cheese slice/fruit cup *snack*
2 boiled eggs, pb&j sandwich *lunch*
kashi granola bar *snack*
blackbean patty/bun/cheese, grapes/raspberries *dinner*
