EXERCISE
20 mins on treadmill (morning)

FOOD
flax cereal w/soymilk *breakfast*
fresh blueberries+strawberries, almonds *snack*
2 morningstar farms corndogs (300 cal) *lunch*
2 hardboiled eggs (140 cal), med diet coke *lunch*
luna bar (170 cal) *snack*
baked chips/cheese (I can't seem to get this off my menu ugh!!)
peanutbutter/jelly sandwich *dinner*

THOUGHTS
Day 9 of NO COFFEE. It was kind of hard this morning with the coffee. I keep yawning and wanted a "pick me up" :( ARGH!!!! I'm creeping up on two weeks without it. Whats up with that? I don't know what the deal is, but I'm hungry throughout the day and eat fine, etc...then at night....my tummy all feels ugh and I feel like I'll yarf if I eat anything more than just a "little" something. Perhaps I need to stuff in more throughout the day prior to 6pm. Because after that...ugh!
