These first couple of weeks are always the hardest for me to lose weight. I can NOT give up though. I have to keep going!! I've been coffee free for so long (very proud of that) and do not drink much more than water each day. Occasionally, some tea or a diet coke (I need to stop with the diet coke as well).

apple, orange, slice of cheese *snack*
baked potato w/cheese/sourcream *lunch*
2 - 100 cal granola bars *snack*
3 hardboiled eggs, nectarine, plum and a biscuit
