THOUGHTS
Day 8 of NO COFFEE! I'm sure I was down this morning because I didn't eat as much as I should have yesterday. But, I woke up yesterday with the worst congestion and I'm a bit scared of myself getting sick. Back to a normal routine of eating every few hours. I need to boil some eggs this week so I can have snacks of protein :)
