An "ok" Tuesday

breakfast oatmeal (200 calories)
Snack: An orange and a pear + 100 calorie snack
Lunch: Some cheese with alvacado spread on it + baked lays
Dinner: Black Beans + Brown Rice + tostito chips
Snack: small snack pack of cookies :( (200 calories)
Drink: water, med unsweet iced tea

I am officially done with the 100 calorie snack box and I will not be buying more.

exercise: A brisk walk around the business center at my job
