Breakfast: two hardboiled eggs + large coffee
Snack: Yogurt
Lunch: 1 large sweet potato + corn, peas and brussle sprouts
Snack: Granola bar + large unsweet tea
Dinner: Medium baked potato + cheese + sour cream
Exercise: none
Today was yet another crazy busy day. Had to leave early from work to take my middle child to dentist and then off to baseball practice (that lasted like 2+ hours), home for dinner and then watched a bit of t.v. - now a bit of computer and off to bed.
I.AM.EXHAUSTED.
