Breakfast: two 100 calorie packs of oatmeal w/smidge of brownsugar
Lunch: 2 Kashi TLC Trail Mix granola bars (140 calories each) an orange and a nectarine
Snack: handful of plain almonds
Dinner: big salad + medium sized baked sweet potatoe (sprinkled tsp of organic brown sugar on top)
Exercise:
40 mins at the gym (20 treadmill 20 gym) YAY ME~!! I was sweatin'
