Monday Weigh In For Jamie
I lost 2 pounds since Friday. I wish I could say it was from exercise and good eating, but really it was from throwing up for 2 hours last night. So I am going to work really hard (as soon as I get my strength back) to keep it off and lose some more.
Input:
Salami sandwich on Whole Wheat bread with lettuce, Colby/Jack Cheese, Doritos, mayo and mustard.
Iced Tea
3/4 of a Philly Cheesesteak on a hamburger bun with Provolone
Fries with ketchup
Doritos
Water with Lime
Output:
Throwing up for two hours is good exercise on your stomach muscles. LOL
