I'm so full of ...... STRESS!

I have not been to the gym in over a week. Probably two weeks and it is taking a toll. Must get back soon. My mental status is depending on it.

Breakfast: Oatmeal 100 calories
Snack: a pear
Lunch: Cereal + soymilk
Snack 2 soyjoy bars (150 calories each) plus about 8 of my kid's french fries
Dinner: Lean Quis. Pizza (340 calories) + blueberry smoothie
