I decided when I left work yesterday that I was going to try and make it a better day and I feel like I did. I woke up today thinking I need to continue to make it a good day!
Breakfast: 2 100-calorie packs of oatmeal (w/brown sugar)
Snack: A small nectarine, grapes and fresh strawberries
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Pizza (340 calories)
Snack: an orange, a handful of plain almonds, soy meat slices and cheese cubes
Dinner: Salad and then I had a bowl of organic puffins cereal
Exercise:
7 min walk around the buildings at my workplace
30 mins at the gym (20 mins treadmill 10 min ellip)
Arm exercises at home!
