I am going to try and step it up a bit this week. Eating wise, it won't be so great. My husband is OOT most of the week, so I don't tend to cook very healthy for the girls and I. But I am stepping up the exercises.

Hamburger mac (with ground turkey, so then Turkey Mac, I guess)
Green beans
Water with Lemon
Output:
40 minutes on Wii...
20 minutes free step
7 minutes Hula Hoop
4 minutes of Yoga
9 minutes of balance
