Tomorrow is a new month. New possibilities. I weighed myself today. I am up. I know I ate bad yesterday, but I am kicking butt on exercise. I don't get it. I am very discouraged right now. Today I was crazy busy and was only able to get 20 minutes of exercise in. I might do some crunches before bed to help out.

20 Minutes Wii Free Step - I tried something new today, stepping off to the side and I could feel it totally differently. It was great.
