Lunch: Salad at Whole Foods small coffee *meep*
Snack: Kashi granola bar
Dinner: 3 rice cakes with peanut butter!
Snack: handful of almonds
Exercise: 20 mins on treadmill
5 mins on stairmaster
2 leg machines and 1 ab machine!
at home: DANCED to my ipod for 30+ mins
at home: leg exercises!
Yes, I did kick some boooootay today :)
