Breakfast:
1.5 packages of 100 calorie oatmeal w/soymilk
Snack:
1 serving cottage cheese
Lunch:
1 medium sweet potato 1 Pear 1 orange 1 med unsweet tea
Dinner: THIS is where my day went to heck. We went to Chilis. I had my coupon in hand to get from the guiltless menu. I did (fish) but I ate some chips and salsa and had two glasses of tea.
Excerise:
25 mins on treadmill
5 mins on stairmaster (this machine just kicks the crap out of me)
