3.16.09 angie

Breakfast: 1 multigrain bagel from CFA + unsweet tea
Snack: 1.5 bags of 100 calories oatmeal w/bsugar
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Spinach Mushroom Pizza (350) calories + 1 lb strawberries
Snack: 1 pear + 14 tostito chips (120 calories) w/ 100 calorie shredded cheese pack melted on top + 2 rice cakes w/pb
Dinner: Salad
Snack: I made a 130 calorie Betty Crocker warm Glazed Caramel coffee cake bowl for myself and each of the kids to kick off our Spring Break! w00t!

Excercise: 20 min (semi-fast) walk with my kiddos around the neighborhood. I walked, they rode on their scooters!
