Keira has a 102.3 fever. Can't tell if she is sick with something or if she is getting an infection from her fall on her tooth. She is very hot, fussy and cranky. I had to bail on an important appt. today that I am really upset about.

I have 2 birthdays this afternoon to attend with two different daughters.
