Day three of no diet coke (yippeee!). Although, water is getting B-O-R-I-N-G! and I don't like lemon water unfortunately. However, I did hear that warm lemon water in the morning is really great for you. I'll have to look that one up!

20 mins treadmill 10 walk = 30 mins (morning)

Kashi Golean cereal soymilk *breakfast*
100cal pack nuts, 1 whole grapfruit *snack*
black beans/cheese (NO CHIPS LOL), yogurt *lunch*
large orange, 2 rice cakes w/pbutter *snack*
3 hard boiled eggs *dinner*
green tea
