Day 16 of NO COFFEE!! My exercise yesterday was pathetic. I did manage to get up this morning and get my bum on the treadmill.

15 mins on treadmill (morning)
25 mins on treadmill (evening)

luna bar, tuna/cheese sandwich *lunch*
granola bar (120 cal) *snack*
baked chips and cheese *bad snack*
2 hard boiled eggs *dinner*
