Saturday: angie

Day 13 of NO COFFEE! This is huge for me. Yay! I don't crave it daily anymore. But, I still don't trust that if I had a little cup, that I would not fall off the wagon and go back to drinking it daily. So, I must stay away from it continuously for a few more weeks. I was really concerned that my weight would flare up this morning because I went out to eat last night. It didn't...yahoo!!

45 mins of EXERCISE
20 mins on the treadmill (morning)
25 mins on the treadmill (evening)

FOOD
Kashi cereal w/soymilk *breakfast*
1 small apple *snack*
peanutbutter/jelly sandwich *lunch*
unsweet tea, diet coke, 2 tootsie rolls *snack*
black beans/cheese/baked chips *dinner*
