25 mins of EXERCISE
10 mins on treadmill (morning)
15 mins on treadmill (evening)

FOOD
cereal w/soymilk *breakfast*
cottage cheese + applesauce *snacks
black beans/cheese/baked chips *lunch*
medium unsweet tea
*this is where I went crazy*
2 tootie rolls, baked chips and cheese *snack*
1 glass of white wine *snack*
1pc of homemade gluten free pizza (cheese) *dinner*

THOUGHTS
YAWNED all day long :( and my exercise time has been so low the last couple of days.
