starting AGAIN!

FOOD:
fiber cereal w/soymilk -breakfast
grapes + 1 can diet coke - snack
fake soy meat + cheese slices - lunch
banana - snack
chips/salsa black bean soup - dinner

EXCERCISE:
10 mins on treadmill (yes, I know that is not much, but its a start! lol)

THOUGHTS:
I better start getting with it. I'm not getting any younger and my butt keeps getting bigger.

I'm Out

I am officially out of the challenge.

I am in a funk. I am not sure what is going on, but I have lost my motivation and I desperately need to find it again. I have started my BCPs again and think that has something to do with my energy and funk.

Anyway, I am still here and searching for some new motivation. But I am out of the challenge.

Any ideas for new motivation?
