Man, that thing kicks my butt. I jumped for 30 minutes today and I can barely walk. And don't get me started about trying to go upstairs. UGH! I am going to have to do that more often. Quickly, before it gets too hot out there.
Input:
One cinnamon roll
Turkey avocado sandwich
Kellogs Special K granola bar
Boneless beef ribs, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob
Output:
30 minutes jumping on trampoline (alone)
The trampoline kicked my butt. So today will be my first 30 minutes only day. I am allowed 1 a week along with 1 day off a week per the new challenge rules.
