Coffee (large), Blueberry Yogurt
oatmeal + brown sugar
2 string cheeses, cup of tunafish
handful of pecans, diet coke, 4 prunes
Cheese& alvacado wrap (flax seed wrap)
Steamed Veggies



40 mins on Treadmill (walked 2 miles) WOOOOOT!!!
15 mins Wii (step)
